Shayla, I am so glad you survived this terrible disease. My sister died of this in January and it is a devastating thing to happen. THis disease is not as rare as everyone thinks, and it can have lasting results. I will have you and your new baby in my thoughts, and hope that you remember to take good care of yourself in the future. Always see an MD if you get a sore throat. Strepthroat is what caused it for my sister.
